Project Package is designed to help you and your team implement any big “project” that requires planning and coordination. Whether it is a staff retreat, an overhaul of the optical or a new staff orientation program - we will schedule a planning call and a follow up call to assure maximum results. ($1,295)
Retreat Package is the specialty of Leadership OD. Two preparatory calls give an overall analysis of the practice as well as the vision of you, the practice leader. Together, we will develop a plan for the retreat to include the agenda, location and expected results. A follow up call will review the results and create an implementation plan. ($2,595)
On-Site Package include an onsite visit from a member of the Leadership OD team. Ideally, the visit will include time observing the office in action and meeting time with the entire team. This package offers the ultimate in flexibility and impact. ($4,995. Travel expenses will be invoiced after the actual visit.)

TOTAL PRACTICE OVERHAUL
Each module focuses on a different zone that makes up a business zone of the practice. It begins with a survey of the Zone for in-depth analysis of performance in the zone and goals in the zone. Once each zone is completed, the final module will focusing on bringing them all together to the overall vision of the practice.
This package is module-based and can be done quickly or over a long period of time. Two weeks between modules is recommended, but can be adjusted based on the needs of the practice.
Six sessions, over 3 months, to discuss assigned books hand-picked for each of the Six Fundamentals of Leadership.
Leadership OD’s TeleOptometry Package is a comprehensive evaluation of your practice to assure that you effectively incorporate teleoptometry processes and systems into your practice.
Triage Customization Activation Fee for TheTeleOp.com allows you to direct your patients based on: 1) their specific needs 2) your availability. This includes BAA processing, and is an annual fee.
